ps for Cooking RICO's Home Baked Pizza
What You'll Need?
A delicious RICO'S Home Bake Pizza purchased at Atkinson's Market in Ketchum or Hailey.
Pizza stone or cardboard baking disc provided with your purchase
Any additional toppings of your choice
A pizza peel or flat edged cookie sheet
A French knife or spatula
A pizza cutter
A cutting board
Begin by preheating both your oven and pizza stone to 450 degrees. Because oven temperatures vary, RICO recommend's allowing an additional 10 minutes for preheating. Remember to adjust your oven temperature and cooking time accordingly. The cooking time should be approximately 15-20 minutes.
Let your RICO'S pizza slack (warm) for twenty minutes outside the refrigerator uncovered before baking. Add any combination of your favorite toppings. For now, keep RICO'S Home Bake Pizza on the cardboard baking disc provided and place in your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Check your pizza after 10 minutes. If you do not have a pizza stone, continue to cook on the cardboard disc provided with your purchase. If you do have a stone, slide pizza directly off cardboard baking disc and onto a pizza peel or flat edged cookie sheet. Using the pizza peel or flat edged cookie sheet, slide your pizza onto your preheated pizza stone. A spatula or knife may help in sliding the pizza. When transferring pizza off the cardboard disc onto the pizza stone, use extreme caution. It will be very hot. Continue baking and check crust closely after the 15th minute. Your RICO'S Home Bake Pizza will be done when the bottom of the crust is a golden brown color.
Take out of the oven. Place on a cutting board. Slice, sit back and enjoy!!!!!!!!!
