Hi!
I am so excited you are offering these gluten free food items so that now my daughter and I can eat at your establishment. However, I really need you to understand that for those with Gluten Sensitivities, you cannot serve bread with the pasta. You cannot have the bread touch the pasta as the smallest amount can be an issue for some. Unless the bread you make is gluten free as well?
Anyway, just please know that cross contamination is an issue (as in putting gluten free dough on the same cutting board as regular dough, etc) and not to serve bread with a gluten free dish.
